Petroleum Human Resources Council
The Petroleum Human Resources Council (PHRC) is a national, government-funded organization dedicated to addressing workforce issues in the Canadian petroleum industry. As a collaborative forum, the PHRC brings together a variety of stakeholders—including government, industry, education, and labour—to identify human resource concerns, making it a key source of petroleum workforce information.
