Utilities Consumer Advocate
The Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) represents the interests of Alberta’s electricity and natural gas small consumers (residential, small business, and agriculture). In addition to providing consumers with the information necessary to make informed energy purchasing decisions, the UCA also advocates for reasonable costs and safeguards consumer interests in dealings with the government and utility service providers.
